Kyle is passionate about guiding people through one of the most important facets of life – their financial well-being. He cares deeply about his clients and their families and enjoys helping them navigate life’s little moments as well as major milestones.

With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kyle established Gearhart & Associates in 2022.

Prior to venturing out on his own, Kyle worked as an advisor for Raymond James from 2013 to 2022 and received several recognitions. Kyle was first named to Raymond James’ Global Top 50 Advisors in 2015. Later in 2019, Kyle was named to Forbes’ Best in State Wealth Advisors list which recognizes top financial advisors across the U.S.

Kyle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. By being certified by the CFP Board, he has taken the extra step to demonstrate his professionalism by voluntarily submitting to the rigorous CFP® certification process that includes highly demanding education, examination, experience and ethical requirements. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠, Kyle has in-depth knowledge of the needs his clients face both before and during retirement, and addresses important issues such as retirement income, employer-sponsored retirement plans, tax planning, retirement cash flow, asset management, estate planning and more.

Before joining Raymond James in 2013, Kyle served as a Senior Vice President and Chairman’s Council Member at Merrill Lynch for almost two decades. He started his career as a financial analyst at PNC Bank. Kyle has degrees in both finance and economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Originally from Dayton, Kyle splits his time between Marco Island, Florida and Terrace Park, Ohio with his wife, Melissa, and children, Hayden, Reed and Reagan. He enjoys hockey, fishing, mountain biking, duplicate bridge and especially pickleball. Kyle has been active in Family Services of Northern Kentucky and served as board chair for Drug-Free Greater Cincinnati.
