Shadia is dedicated to building and strengthening our client relationships through personalized service for our clients. Her diverse background of both personal and professional experiences provides our clients with a unique perspective on their portfolios. She focuses on assessing our clients’ wealth management needs, identifying appropriate strategies for pursuing their goals and simplifying their financial lives.

Shadia made the transition to independence with Kyle and the rest of the Gearhart & Associates team in July 2022 after more than eight years at Raymond James and 13 total years in the financial services industry.

Before joining Raymond James in January 2014, Shadia was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in Cincinnati. She previously worked as an associate portfolio manager and commercial relationship manager for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati after starting her career as an account manager for Arcelor Mittal Steel in Chicago.

Shadia earned an MBA from Xavier University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she was a starter on the varsity volleyball team. As an Illini, she received multiple Big Ten honors including Defensive Player of the Year as well as several academic accolades. After graduation, she became a professional volleyball player in Wiesbaden, Germany.

A West-Side Cincinnati native, Shadia now resides in Covington with her husband, Eron, and son, Malek. She is an alumnus of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s C-Change program, the WE leadership program and the FBI Citizens Academy. In her free time, Shadia also enjoys traveling, reigniting those competitive fires while playing tennis, and spending time with her friends and family.
