Susan joined Gearhart & Associates in September, 2025. Originally from Blanchester, she earned her BS degree in Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton. Over the course of her career, Susan has held a wide range of roles, from technical sales with Omega Automation in Dayton to conference director and project manager with IBM at Research Triangle Park, NC.

After stepping away from the professional world for 20 years to raise her three children, Audrey, Jill, and Donnie, Susan returned to the workforce with positions as an administrative assistant and client service specialist. She’s excited to bring her diverse background and skills to support Kyle and the team at Gearhart & Associates.

Outside of work, Susan loves animals and nature and enjoys running, hiking, biking, and visiting museums of all kinds. She lives in Terrace Park with her husband, Don.
